Delivery Timeframes

We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

• Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 2–4 business days
• Punjab (Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Sindh (Karachi, Hyderabad, etc.): 3–5 business days
• KPK (Peshawar, Abbottabad, etc.): 4–6 business days
• Balochistan & remote areas: 5–8 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team may call or message you to confirm your order details and delivery address. Please keep your phone reachable.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (no one available, wrong address, or order refused), our courier will attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatched orders.

Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
